Bar Not Found

Bar Not Found opened in September 2024, reached up a bright orange stairway that ends in four coloured doors; take the third from the left. Inside is a brightly lit, living-room-style space with a multicoloured speckled bar top, plush furniture and city pop album covers on the walls, a deliberate contrast to the city's dim speakeasies. It is run by Foam, Game, Jane and award-winning bartender Amber.

The starting question was 'if colour had a taste, what would it be?', and the 18-drink menu takes Pantone swatches as its cue. Salmon Blush is the fruity best-seller; Winter Sea uses grilled coconut, chrysanthemum and salt foam; Turquoise is Vesper-style with local bai niam leaf and seaweed; and Pine Green combines jasmine rice gin, pine needle and neem. Cocktails start from about B360.

The bar ranked No. 12 on Thailand's 20 Best Bars at the Bangkok Bar Show Awards 2025. It opens around 7pm until midnight, and bookings are taken via Nightify.
