Vesper

Vesper has been pouring on Convent Road in Silom for more than a decade and has appeared on Asia's 50 Best Bars every year from 2016 to 2025, earning the Rémy Martin Legend of the List Award in 2025. The look is European, with leather furnishings and forest-green counters, and the tone is 'serious cocktails minus the pretentiousness'.

The bar is now led by British bar manager Tom Hearn, who came up through the American Bar at The Savoy. His People of Vesper Vol. 3 menu honours the regulars and guests who have shaped the bar, mixing classics with new creations such as the White Matcha Negroni with pistachio, matcha and white chocolate. The signature Vesper stays on the list in three variations, and there is a Mediterranean-leaning tapas menu.

Vesper opens daily from 6:30pm to 2am, which makes it a reliable late option in Silom. Parking is available at Liberty Square.
