Mahaniyom Cocktail Bar

Mahaniyom sits on the second floor above Mahaseth restaurant in Bang Rak. It was opened in 2022 by Ronnaporn 'Neung' Kanivichaporn, the 2019 Bacardi Legacy world champion, and Chennarong 'Janz' Bhumichitr of Find the Locker Room, with chefs Chalee Kader and Randy Noprapa from Mahaseth handling the snacks.

The idea is 'resourceful cocktails': each drink is named after one ingredient and uses as much of it as possible, from flower and leaf to fruit, flesh and root, with a strong focus on Southeast Asian produce. Resourceful Vol. 4, launched in January 2026, includes Tamarind, Cashew, Papaya, Dragon Fruit, Shellfish, Tomato, Pumpkin, Toddy Palm, Mulberry and Mushroom.

Mahaniyom was No. 71 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025 (51–100 list). It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to midnight and suits drinkers interested in Thai flavours and low-waste technique.
