G.O.D is the flagship of Niks Anuman-Rajadhon and Attaporn De-Silva, the bartenders behind several of Bangkok's best-known concept bars. Two abandoned shophouses were fused over a three-year build into a high-ceilinged space with a stained-glass wall, red light on graffitied stone, exposed metal rods and restored Altec cinema speakers, through which a pianist plays brooding baroque pieces most nights.
The menu is split between oyster drinks, uni drinks and a chapter called 'excessive is necessary'. Every cocktail comes with a matching bite, from ikura bombs to truffle chicharrón. The uni martini (B580) is the one to try: uni first, then the martini, then a hay-smoked olive. Ingredients such as blue cheese foam, banana vinegar and oyster juice are handled with real control.
G.O.D was No. 26 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025. It is small and fills quickly, so arrive early.
