Bar Us

Bar Us is a near all-black room with theatrical spotlights, white lab coats and shelves of jars filled with herbs and spices. It comes from the team behind Messengerservice, and owners Sudarat 'Taln' Rojanavanich and Veerach 'Aum' Sawaengsupt are former interior designers, which shows in the dramatic, intimate space.

The menu borrows its structure from a tasting menu: Starter drinks are light and refreshing, Main drinks turn savoury (pad Thai, beef and onion and miso have all featured), and After drinks finish aromatic and sweet, with an All Night section of reworked classics. Ingredients come from local farms and the list changes every few months, using techniques from distillation and fermentation to brining and carbonation. You can start and finish wherever you like.

Bar Us was No. 4 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025 and won the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award in 2026. Walk-ins are welcome; reservations are taken for 6pm and 8pm slots online. It suits curious drinkers who want a cocktail experience rather than a quick round.
