AQUA Bar – Anantara Siam Bangkok

AQUA sits in Parichart Court, the courtyard garden on the ground floor of Anantara Siam Bangkok on Rajadamri Road, a short walk from Ratchadamri BTS. A square driftwood bar is ringed by fountains, hanging greenery and a koi pond, making it a genuine escape from the Ratchaprasong traffic by day; after dark resident DJs and live music take the mood up a notch.

Beverage manager Ryan Dela Vega's new menu, Potions of the Garden, is fronted by Quill the Duck, a nod to the ducks that once roamed the courtyard ponds. Drinks lean into heat, spice and umami: Pomelo's Embrace pairs rum and ruby pomelo with fiery Esan sausage, Off the Duck's Back layers Palo Santo gin with matcha and crispy duck skin, and Quill's Midnight Spell mixes tequila and mezcal with a side of spiced street-corn elote. A full food menu runs to seafood towers and caviar.

AQUA entered Asia's 50 Best Bars at No. 48 in 2026 and features in Tatler's Best 20 Bars Thailand. It opens daily from noon to 12.30am, dress is smart casual, and tables can be booked via TableCheck. Good for anything from an afternoon drink to a lively night out.
