The Singapore Martini Club opened in 2026 at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel on Tanglin Road. It is the latest project from bartender Dario Knox, who is also behind The Backdrop, and the room is designed like a carriage from the golden age of luxury rail travel.
The menu is a "Martini Journey" divided into stops around the world, with more than 50 martinis, alcoholic and zero-proof. Highlights include a Sub-Zero Dirty Martini chilled to -10°C and prepared tableside, a Guanciale martini topped with guanciale oil, and an Espresso Martini made with tequila, coffee liqueur, hazelnut and coconut. Time Out reports prices from S$24 to S$36.
Food is a short tapas list: hummus with crackers, bikini sandwiches, chorizo bruschetta and four kinds of olive. It opens Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to 2am, and seats can be booked via Chope. Made for martini lovers and date nights.
