Manhattan is on level two of Conrad Singapore Orchard on Cuscaden Road. Inspired by the Golden Age of cocktails, it serves classic and forgotten drinks made with house-made ingredients, and its in-hotel rickhouse of American oak barrels supplies barrel-aged cocktails such as the signature Barrel-Aged Manhattan.
Whiskey is a major draw: the Whiskey Glasshouse holds more than 220 American whiskies, and the bar offers whiskey flights and Chef Series pairing dinners. The adults-only Sunday brunch (noon to 3pm) adds free-flow cocktails, a seafood spread and a cocktail trolley.
Manhattan was No. 69 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 51–100 list in 2024. It is closed on Mondays; the Violet Hour runs from Tuesday to Friday, 5 to 7pm. Reservations and private events are handled by email. Best for a polished, special-occasion drink.
