PLUME is the destination cocktail bar on level one of Pan Pacific Singapore at Marina Square. Its theme is Singapore's native bird species, which inspire both the locally minded cocktail list and the theatrical presentation of many drinks. The room seats 94, with a long bar and plush lounge seating.
The programme is led by head mixologist Akmal Haqim. Alongside the signatures there is a rotating tasting flight of three bespoke cocktails with bar bites, changing every two months, plus a PLUME Hour offer and full food and drink menus.
Friday nights bring live pop, jazz and R&B from 8.30pm, and Saturdays have DJ sets from 9pm. PLUME opens daily from 5pm to 1am, dress is smart casual, and tables can be booked through TableCheck. A good choice near Marina Bay for drinks with entertainment.
