MO BAR is on level three of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, overlooking the Marina Bay skyline. The distinctive bar counter takes centre stage, and an open layout lets guests watch the bartenders at work, while the rest of the room is moody and lounge-like.
The bar runs themed, story-led cocktail menus that use local flavours and collaborations with local creative professionals; past editions have referenced Singapore's architecture and cityscape. Cocktails can be paired with eclectic light bites, and there are separate food, wine and spirits menus.
It suits a sophisticated social evening or a pre-dinner drink before heading elsewhere in the bay. Guests must be 18 or over. Opening hours are 5pm to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, and tables can be booked through SevenRooms or by calling the hotel's dining team.
