ANTI:DOTE is on level one of Fairmont Singapore at 80 Bras Basah Road, beside Raffles City in City Hall. It has two parts: a 59-seat bar and a 34-seat lounge that also serves breakfast bites, lunch and a signature afternoon tea.
The Cure-All Menu presents unconventional cocktails as remedies, drawing on ancient and modern cures from around the world and combining classic bartending with experimental techniques. The Urbanlist describes the current approach as mood-based, matching drinks to how you feel rather than to a base spirit. Tapas and an à la carte menu are available.
The bar opens daily from 3pm to 1am, with last orders at 12.30am. Dress is smart casual, and men need closed-toe shoes in the bar; sportswear, singlets and flip-flops are not permitted. Book through SevenRooms. A dependable City Hall choice for after-work drinks or a nightcap.
