One Trick Pony opened in May 2026 across three floors of a Club Street shophouse, pitching itself as a halfway house for people building a creative career on the side. By day members work from the main floor; there is also a test kitchen called Ghostwriter and a media studio, Lucky Loft, for podcasts and shoots. Membership runs month to month with no lock-in.

From 5pm on weekdays (4pm on Saturdays) the main floor becomes a bar and restaurant for around 42. All cocktails are poured from the tap and are alcohol-free by default, then strengthened to order: the matcha, pineapple and calamansi Golden Glow starts at S$11++ and rises in price with each step up in ABV. Freezer-pull shots and a changing menu of sharing plates, such as tandoori cauliflower and pork and fennel rigatoni, round things out.

The team runs public events too, from vinyl listening sessions and charcoal-drawing workshops to Admin Nights where guests clear their to-do lists together. A relaxed, unpretentious spot for low-ABV drinkers, creatives and Club Street regulars.

Bars tweak their hours and menus often, so it's worth a quick check before you head out.
