Dirty Sips is the cocktail bar of Dirty Supper on Moh Guan Terrace in Tiong Bahru. Its stated aim is a standout cocktail and drinks programme that doesn't break the bank, built on a lean menu with savoury elements from the kitchen.

Bar manager Ricardo "Arjay" Abaleta, who has 13 years behind the bar, works with chef Peter Smit to transform kitchen trims into cocktail ingredients, turning 'waste' into flavour. The menu mixes reimagined classics with rotating "Make It Dirty" options, and there is a wine list focused on sustainable producers plus craft beer. The neon-lit bar has a long counter and graffiti-style murals.

Sips Happen, the happy hour, offers cocktails at S$16++ from 3 to 6pm and 10pm to midnight, Monday to Saturday. On Saturdays the bar runs a 90-minute cocktail workshop (S$88++). Book a table online or by WhatsApp. A relaxed neighbourhood bar for drinks with dinner.

Bars tweak their hours and menus often, so it's worth a quick check before you head out.
