Jigger & Pony

Jigger & Pony sits on the ground floor of Amara Singapore on Tanjong Pagar Road and is the flagship of the Jigger & Pony Group, which also runs Gibson. It came in at No. 3 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in both 2024 and 2025, and the bar lists a No. 9 placing on The World's 50 Best Bars 2025.

The drinks programme is presented in illustrated menu zines; the current edition, BLOOM, is billed as a celebration of growth and flavours at their peak, alongside classics such as the Negroni and Penicillin and long drinks like the Wasabi Highball. There is a separate happy hour menu, a food menu, a wine and beer list, and Pony bottled cocktails to take away.

The room is lively and service-led, so it suits groups and celebrations as much as a quiet drink at the counter. Reservations are taken through SevenRooms and are worth making later in the week, when the bar stays open until 2am.
