Employees Only Singapore brings the New York bar's formula to a shophouse at 112 Amoy Street. You enter past a fortune teller's lair into a dark, wood-panelled room with a long brass-trimmed bar and tin ceiling, and the atmosphere is famously loud and raucous as the night goes on.
The menu covers EO's well-known cocktails and classics, with a full dinner menu, bar snacks, desserts and an aperitivo hour, so it works as a place to eat as well as drink. The bar is run by SJS Group.
Employees Only was No. 38 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024 and No. 89 on the 2025 extended list. Dinner reservations can be made by email or phone; for drinks only, expect to queue on Friday and Saturday nights, when it stays open until 2am. Best for groups and a big night out on the Telok Ayer strip.
