Mr. Stork occupies the 39th-floor rooftop of Andaz Singapore at 5 Fraser Street, near Bugis and Kampong Glam. The open-air pavilion offers 360-degree views across the city, and ten teepee huts dotted among the planting give groups their own semi-private corner.
The cocktail menu is built around eight personality archetypes, from the adventurous Explorer to the creative Artist, with signatures such as Aaliya and Purple Wave. Bar bites are available, along with themed menus including Shuck & Sip and Aperol Spritz & Beats on Wednesdays.
From 5 to 7pm there is a 1-for-1 Veuve Clicquot offer, with classic cocktails, martinis, wine and beer from S$10. Seating is in timed slots at 5pm, 7.15pm and 9.30pm, bookable through TableCheck, and arriving for the first slot is the best way to catch sunset. Ideal for visitors, celebrations and after-work drinks with a view.
