Opened in November 2025 by co-founders Kevin Corales, Patrick Leyble Jr and Wendy Esteban, the team behind Southbank Café + Lounge, Problem Child sits on the ground floor of the Executive Building on Jupiter Street. The room is all stainless steel, clean timber lines and clever lighting, and in place of a traditional back bar a screen displays the colour of the moment.

Every three months the menu is rebuilt around one colour, blending culinary technique with mixology. Green Sticks, from a green-themed menu, mixed rum with a wakame distillate and a punchy salsa verde; Tatler highlights the Martini, Ube and Amethyst. Bar food runs to quesabirria and siomai.

Problem Child was named Best New Bar at Tatler Best Philippines 2026 and entered Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026 at No.44 within a year of opening. A good choice for adventurous drinkers.
