LIT

LIT is a Japanese whisky and spirits bar at Serendra in Bonifacio Global City, designed in wood and steel with charred timber walls finished in the Japanese sho sugi ban technique. Owner Francis Hasegawa, a Japanese whisky specialist, sees the bar's job as educating guests about Japanese spirits, and Japanese whisky in particular.

The back bar covers Japanese distilleries such as Suntory, Nikka, Kirin, Mars Komagatake, Ichiro's Malt and White Oak Akashi, with Japanese liqueurs, shochu and sake alongside. The cocktail list features the Manila Old Fashioned, Summer in Hokkaido and a Sake Martini.
