The St. Regis Bar sits inside The St. Regis Jakarta at Rajawali Place on Jalan Rasuna Said. Bartenders work beneath a trumpet-inspired light fixture, and a mural by Indonesian artist Eddy Susanto traces the history of jazz in Indonesia.
The signature is the Batavia Mary, the hotel's local riff on the St. Regis Bloody Mary, while the Violet Hour ritual brings a collection of martinis to the table on a bespoke trolley. Cocktails from the House of Astor list round out the menu, and bar food includes Tuna Dabu Dabu with ikura and sambal. A live jazz band plays Monday to Saturday from 8pm, and international guest bartender takeovers are frequent.
