Carrots Bar

Carrots is tucked into the basement of Fairgrounds in SCBD, an intimate room of around 14 seats set around a single communal counter, so conversation flows between strangers as easily as with the bartenders.

The bar describes itself as a casual cocktail bar with a rotating menu of contemporary, culinary-driven drinks. Kitchen techniques sit on top of classic foundations, and the results are inventive but balanced rather than overly experimental, with personalised service a big part of the appeal.

Carrots entered Asia's 50 Best Bars at No. 34 in 2025. With so few seats it suits couples and small groups who want to sit at the bar; it is worth booking ahead through the website. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm, closed Sunday and Monday.
