The Bvlgari Bar sits at the Bvlgari Resort Bali in Uluwatu, 160 metres above the Indian Ocean beneath a traditional alang-alang thatched roof, surrounded by pools. Guests reach it by buggy through the resort gardens; the bar itself is open-air, chic and relaxed rather than stuffy.
The mixologists serve classic cocktails with contemporary twists alongside locally inspired drinks using ingredients such as arak and rosella. Recommended drinks include La Dolce Vita, the Bvlgari Cocktail and an oak-aged Negroni. Light meals and casual bites are served throughout the day.
The highlight is the daily Italian aperitivo in the early evening, when warm and cold appetisers accompany drinks as the sun sets over the ocean. Cocktails start from Rp 350,000++. Open daily from 10am to 1am; reservations via WhatsApp. A natural prelude to dinner at Il Ristorante – Niko Romito.
