Segno

Segno is a speakeasy cocktail bar in Batu Bolong, Canggu, entered through a sliding fire-escape door. It is the Bali project of Yutaka Nakashima, founder of Koda in Jakarta, with bar director Sebastian Von Arx, and aims to be an elegant but inviting alternative to the area's party bars.

The menu lists more than 30 signature cocktails alongside timeless classics, blending Japanese craftsmanship with fresh local ingredients. Signatures include the Cloudy Sour (Earl Grey-infused vodka, amaretto, Grand Marnier, lemon and egg white), the Jamu Mule and the Koda, with golden-raisin-infused Johnnie Walker Black, port, coffee liqueur, maple and balsamic. Bartenders will also craft a bespoke drink to order.

Seating ranges from the bar counter to cosy lounges, an outdoor area and two private rooms. Prices are on the higher side for Canggu. Open daily from 7pm to 2am.
