Pony

Pony opened on Jalan Raya Semat in Berawa in mid-2026, set up as a restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge in one flowing space. The look borrows from old-school New York lounges: oxblood walls, red marble tables, velvet banquettes, pleated lamps and a long, glowing back bar, with bold artwork throughout.

The drinks list is built to follow the evening, starting with lighter aperitivo-style serves and moving towards stronger, spirit-led cocktails. Most of the signatures are clarified or carbonated, such as the Velvet Pony with rum, Cocchi Rosa, guava and basil, or the Yugen Ember pairing bourbon with shiso umeshu and nashi pear. Signatures run Rp 150,000 to 170,000++, a long list of classics sits alongside, and there are zero-proof versions of several signatures at Rp 80,000++.

The kitchen cooks over open fire, with share plates that mix modern European cooking and light Japanese touches. Come for dinner and stay for the bar, which gets busier as the night goes on. Open daily from 6pm; book through SevenRooms, or WhatsApp for groups of eight or more.
