L'Atelier by Cyril Kongo occupies the highest floor of The Apurva Kempinski Bali in Nusa Dua. The internationally acclaimed graffiti artist transformed the space into his studio and lounge, so original artworks and ambient lighting share the room with open-air terraces looking over the resort to the Indian Ocean.
The bar serves crafted cocktails and a fine selection of spirits, with cigars for those who want them, while the kitchen sends out Mediterranean tapas. Resident pianists, bands, DJs and saxophonists provide live entertainment through the evening.
It is best at sundown, when the terrace views are at their finest, and suits art lovers, couples and anyone wanting a polished resort night out in Nusa Dua. Dress code is casual. Open daily from 5pm to midnight; call the resort to reserve a terrace table.
