Ozone sits on the 118th floor of the International Commerce Centre at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, billed as the highest rooftop bar in the world. A padded lift whisks guests up to a blue-hued room of moody lighting, avant-garde seating and walls of refracted, swirling glass, with unobstructed views over western Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
The cocktail list is inventive, with a 'Sky-High Sips' menu of signatures and small plates, a serious wine list and zero-proof cocktails inspired by the five elements. A live DJ sets the soundtrack, and the outdoor terrace comes into its own as the city lights up after dark.
Smart casual dress is required. Ozone opens from 4pm on weekdays and 2pm at weekends, and is best booked ahead for sunset.
