Argo, at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, takes its name from Jason's ship in Greek mythology and its look from Gilded Age botanical conservatories. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in daylight and harbour views, and a dazzling cylindrical back bar is the centrepiece. Every guest is welcomed with a glass of Champagne and a gummy bear.
Beverage manager Jonathan Gabbay leads a programme that mixes craft with local references. The Exploration menu has included a cognac, milk tea, coffee and egg tart punch and a vodka drink laced with hot pot spices, alongside modern classics such as a picante and espresso martini. A Seasonal Journeys section adds six cocktails built on Hong Kong ingredients, from a Rooty Slushy to a Pickled G&T.
Argo ranked No. 9 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2024 and No. 37 in 2026. It is open from breakfast, with the bar running from 5pm until 1am (2am on Fridays and Saturdays).
